How to reach us
You can reach our support team by email at [email protected], by phone at (888) 718-9044, or by mail at 2659 Meadow Street, Suite 916, Augusta, ME 04330.
Email works best for most questions because it gives us a written record and lets you attach details. When you write, include the name and email address you used on the request form so we can find your submission quickly. Please never send your full Social Security number or bank account number by email.
What we can help with
Our team can help with questions about the request form, how our service works, what information we hold about you, and how lenders in our network generally handle requests.
- Trouble completing or submitting the request form
- Questions about how your information is shared, as described in our privacy policy
- Requests to access, correct or delete personal information we hold
- Stopping marketing emails, calls or text messages
- General questions about rates, terms and eligibility explained on our site
What we cannot do
We cannot see a lender's credit decision, change an offer, adjust your interest rate, extend a due date or accept loan payments, because we are a connector service and not a lender.
If you already have a loan, contact your lender directly using the phone number or email in your loan agreement. The lender is the only party that can discuss your balance, payment schedule, hardship options or account history. If you are unsure which lender holds your loan, check your signed agreement or your bank statement for the name on the deposit.
When to expect a reply
Our team reviews messages during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, and works through them in the order received. Most questions are answered within a few business days, though busy periods can take longer.
Phone lines can be busiest early in the week. If you reach voicemail, leave your name, the best number to call back and a short description of your question. Privacy requests may take longer because we need to verify your identity before releasing or deleting any information.
How to opt out of communications
You can stop marketing messages from us at any time, and opting out never affects your ability to use the website or submit a request later.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text we send.
- Phone calls: ask the caller to place you on our do-not-call list, or email us with the phone number to remove.
Opting out with us does not stop messages from a lender that already received your request. Contact that lender directly to update your preferences with them.
How to report a concern
Concerns about a message, a website page or a lender you were connected with can be sent to our support email with the subject line "Concern" so we can route them for review.
Tell us what happened, when it happened and the name of any company involved. If someone contacted you claiming to be us and asked for an upfront fee, a gift card or remote access to your computer, stop communicating with them and report it to us right away. We never charge a fee to use our request form. Before you submit anything, our advertiser and lending disclosure explains how lenders in our network operate, and our frequently asked questions cover many common topics.
